Pencyclopaedia™ is designed to offer you the choice of the world's premier business gift writing instruments.
Many variations of the models shown exist and we would be delighted to source these for you -although we are sure you will find the pen you want on the pages overleaf.

Where possible, stock colour options have been shown, but others may exist. Please contact us for details.

Ink Colour
Most pens are stocked in black ink although certain models can be converted -please ask. If conversion is not available your required ink colour can often be manufactured to order. However, longer lead times and increased minimum quantities would be required.

Printing
Printed PMS matches are approximate and may differ on different substrates. Every care is taken to ach ieve the desi red effect.

Prices
Prices shown include a one-colour print by silkscreen process unless otherwise stated. Additional print colours/positions - ROA. Improved prices exist for increased quantities.

Delivery
On most models delivery is approximately four weeks. An Express Service may be available on certain products at an additional cost. Products that have to be specifically manufactured - 'specials' and 'large' quantities - will need extended lead times. Carriage is chargeable on all orders.

Origination Charges
Origination charges are applicable on all new orders unless stated otherwise. Screen charges are applicable per colour/per position.

Artwork
Bromides at 200% or PC formatted artwork saved as .EPS files are preferred. CD's and DVD's should be accompanied by a hard copy version.

Other Printing Processes
May be available e.g. engraving, chemical etching. P.O.A.. These may attract stencil, tooling or other charges.
